Agricultural machines and equipment content in construction large number of different plates, correlated with other equipment parts. Static and dynamic load, focused on the plated, along with material the plate made of, directly influence its durability and stability. During exploitation of agricultural equipment, loading on single elements (plates) may be of stochastic nature and appears a complicated process. The article deals with the problems of stochastization of vibrations of plates, which are the parts of constructions of agricultural machinery. Stability of vibrations of plate in average quadric is defined on condition that the criterion of stochastic property is observed.
