Modern methods of cattle youngsters' growing consist of decrease of the whole milk consumption. Different milk substitutes, supplying normal growth and development of calves, are used. Strict observation of technological process of calves feeding appears a serious scientific and practical problem. Development of modern mobile thermostatic module for preparing and metered distribution of the whole milk substitutes underlies in the research, presented in the article. One of the most important junctions of mobile automatic units appears a metering hosepipe, evenly distributing milk mixture. The structure and operating principles of metering hosepipe are described; the rational parameters of the device have been identified. The dependence of the productivity and uniformity of the issuance of milk formula on the change of the number of pinch rollers is analyzed.
