The most important challenge of agricultural producers of the Republic of Belarus appears nowadays the ability to function under the terms and conditions of internal financing and profit earing. It implicates increase of efficiency of natural resources utilization, futher development of agrarian sphere, perfection of production process organization and active implementation of innovative technologies. It is recognised, that innovative development and improvement of agrarian producing process requires great financial expenses and production resources. Effective ways of the modernization of plant growing of the Republic of Belarus without investing of significant resources are considered in the article.
