The results of studying the biological effectiveness of the autumn etching by Bacillus subtilis 26 D against potato (Solanum tuberosum) tuber rots during storage were established. The studies noted relatively high biological effectiveness of biologic agents against fusarium dry rot, slightly inferior to its analog with a chemical active ingredient. Thus, the biological efficacy against Fusarium dry rot of antagonist Bacillus subtilis 26 D in case of potato seed dressing at a rate of 1 liter / ton is slightly lower to the model preparation Maxim, SC (80.0%). However, for the biological control agents its efficiency was quite high and forBacillus subtilis D 26 in dose 1 liter / ton was 65.0%. Based on the obtained results, the testing of this strain in order to determine its optimal concentration and consumption rate, as well as its effectiveness against the pathogen bacterial diseases should be continued. It is planned to study the efficiency of Bacillus subtilis 26 D as spring fungicide seed and spray the crops during the growing season.
