Salmonellosis, pasteurellosis and bordetella bronchiseptica are common bacterial infectious in rabbit with different clinical signs. Rabbit salmonella infections are not common type of rabbit disease. A bordetella bronchiseptica bacterium is common upper respiratory tract infectious in rabbit and has been seen in other animals such as rat and guinea Pig. In rabbit it is not sever infectious but can cause pneumonia. In animals that are carriers, bacteria reside in upper respiratory tract which can be detected in serum by specific antibodies. Recent research shows that hidden infectious in rabbits, rat and guinea Pig can be activated by stress and at this condition pasteurella could be isolated from pus. Pasteurella multocida is a well known cause of morbidity and mortality in domestic rabbit. The main clinical forms that occur are sniffles, enzootic pneumonia, otitis media, sebaceous cyst, septicemia, infective conjunctivitis and otitis. Enzootic pneumonia is more common diseases in young rabbits that causes lower respiratory infection. This study was done based on the Federation of European Laboratory Animal Science Associations (FELASA) recommendation for the health monitoring of animal laboratory. Tissue samples were collected from liver, secum and spleen for Salmonella and also lung and nasopharynx for pasteurella and bordetella bronchiseptica of rabbit (age above months) for microbial monitoring during months. Calculation of the number of animals was monitored based on sample size formula (Sample size= Log . / Log N). Results demonstrated that all of tissues from liver, secum, spleen, lung and nasopharynx % were free of pathogenic bacteria such as salmonella SPP and bordetella. Pasteurella (%.) and streptococcus ί Hemolytic (%.) were isolated from nasopharynx. From secum were isolated klebsiella %, Proteus %, E.coli % and enterococcus %. Key Words: Rabbit, Salmonellosis, Pasteurellosis, Bordetella Bronchiseptica.
