The studies have revealed the interdependence between the soil and phytocoenotic units. We introduce the interdependence between the soil types and natural grassland vegetation units based on pedogeographic and geobotanical analyses. The interdependence between the grassland vegetation units and soil types, with the current high levels of anthropisation, has permitted us to underline the importance of the pedogenetic factors that generate different soil types.
