Additional species of soil mites of the Subgenus Protoribates (Triaunguis) Kulijev (Acari: Oribatida: Protoribatidae), with key to Philippine species

Six species of oribatid soil mites belonging to subgenus Protoribates (Trianguis) Kulijev (Protoribatidae) are described from the Philippines, including four new species and two new records. The new species are Protoribates (T.) gruezoi, P. (T.) paramaigsius, and P. (T.) varisculptus. On the other hand, P. (T) bipilus (Hammer) originally described from Fiji Is. and P. (T.) leteus (Hammer) from Java, Indonesia, are recorded for the first time in the Philippines. A key is provided for the identification of 12 species known from the Philippines.
