The amounts of P and K extracted with the multiple extractant of Soltanpour and Schwab (AB-DTPA) were compared and correlated to those extracted by the conventional extractants of Olsen for P (NaHCO3) and NH4OAc for K, in 40 soils (20 calcareous and 20 non-calcareous) in the Chania prefecture, Crete.
