俄语. Одной из ключевых проблем при возделывании риса является получение дружных всходов. Изучали влияние растительного фиторегулятора урожайности (РФУ) на всхожесть и энергию прорастания семян риса. РФУ представляет собой сбалансированный белково-углеводный комплекс гликозидов, свободных оксикарбоновых и аминокислот, микро- и макроэлементов и фитогормонов, выделенный из прорастающих глазков клубней картофеля. Методом ВЭЖХ установлено содержание белков, свободных аминокислот, углеводов, карбоновых кислот, макро- и микроэлементов в РФУ. В лабораторных опытах определяли оптимальную концентрацию РФУ при обработке семян. Испытывали концентрации от 10E-1% до 10E-10% (10-кратное разбавление в каждом последующем варианте). Объектом исследования были семена китайского белого риса-сырца, негибридного сорта, нетрансгенного, выращиваемого в провинции Сычуань. Установлено, что обработка семян РФУ стимулирует ростовые процессы уже на ранних этапах онтогенеза растений в зависимости от концентрации препарата. В опыте с семенами риса было получено 2 пика эффективных концентраций препарата РФУ (интервал от 10E-2% до 10E-5% и 10E-8%). Наилучшим оказался вариант с концентрацией РФУ 10E-8%, при этом показатели скрининга на семенах риса составили: всхожесть - 76%, энергия прорастания - 41%, масса проростков - 1,39 г, длина корешка - 9,69 см, длина ростка - 5,25 см, что больше, чем в контроле, на 11%, 8%, 0,33 г, 1,98 см, 1,15 см соответственно.

There was studied the effect of the vegetative yield phytoregulator (VYPhR) on sprouting and germination energy of rice seeds. The VYPhR is a balanced protein-carbohydrates complex of glycosides, free hydroxycarboxylic and amino-acids, micro-and macroelements and phyto-hormones isolated from germinating potato tuber buds. By using the HPLC method the content of proteins, free amino-acids, carbohydrates, carboxylic acids and micro-and macroelements in VYPhR has been defined. In laboratory experiments there were determined the optimal concentration of the VYPhR for seeds treatment. The concentrations of 10E-1% to 10E-10% (10-fold dilution in each subsequent variant) were tested. The object of the studies was the seeds of Chinese non-hybrid, non-transgenic white raw rice grown in the Sychuan province. It has been found that the seeds treatment with the VYPhR stimulates the processes of rice growth at the early stages of the plants' ontogenesis depending on the concentration of preparation. 2 peaks of effective concentrations of the VYPhR preparation (the range of 10E-2% to 10E-5% and 10E-8%) have been obtained in the trials with rice seeds. The most efficient of them was the 10E-8% concentration of the VYPhR, wherein the screening indices for rice seeds were: germination rate - 76%, germination power - 41%, the mass of radicles - 1.39 g, the length of the root - 9.69 cm and the sprout length - 5.25 cm, which is more than those in the control ones by 11%, 8%, 0.33 g, 1.98 cm and 1.15 cm, respectively.
