The structure of the pituitary of the dagestan rock sheep in different periods of postnatal ontogenesis | Строение гипофиза овец дагестанской горной породы в различные периоды постнатального онтогенеза

英语. An anatomic examination of the anterior lobe of hypophysis of cloven-hoofed animals on the example of Dagestan mountain sheep in different periods of postnatal ontogenesis. The hypophysis consists of anterior adenohypophysis which is divided into three parts: distal (parsdistalis), intermediate (parsintermedia) and protuberance (parstubularis), and neurohypophysis (neurohypophysis) consisting of a funnel (infundibulum) and nervous lobe (lobusnervosus). The parenhyma of the anterior lobe of hypophysis is represented by 3 species: chromophobe, oxyphilic and basophil adenocytes, which are located closely to form ducts. The results of morphological, histologic and morphometric study show that the cellular composition of the adenohypophysis does not change in the age aspect and consists of chromophobe, oxyphilic and basophil adenocytes. However, the number of adenocytes varies during ontogenesis. It is apparently associated with different periods of animal formation. Functional activity of acidophilic and basophilic adenocytes of the adenohypophysis was found in all age periods, and chromophobes are inactive elements of the parenchyma of the anterior lobe of hypophysis.

俄语. Проведено анатомическое исследование передней доли гипофиза парнокопытных животных на примере овцы дагестанской горной породы в различные периоды постнатального онтогенеза. Гипофиз состоит из аденогипофиза (adenohypophysis), который делится на 3 части: дистальная (pars distalis), промежуточная (pars intermedia) и бугорная (pars tubularis), и нейрогипофиза (neurohypophysis), состоящего из воронки (infundibulum) и нервной доли (lobus nervosus). Паренхима передней доли гипофиза представлена 3 разновидностями клеток: хромофобными, оксифильными и базофильными аденоцитами, которые располагаются, тесно формируя тяжи. По проведенным морфологическим, гистологическим и морфометрическим исследованиям сделано заключение, что клеточный состав аденогипофиза не меняется с возрастом и состоит из хромофобных, ацидофильных и базофильных аденоцитов. Однако количество состав аденоцитов в ходе онтогенеза варьирует, что, видимо, связано с различными периодами становления организма животных. Функциональная активность ацидофильных и базофильных аденоцитов аденогипофиза выявлена во всех возрастных периодах, а хромофобы являются неактивными элементам паренхимы передней доли гипофиза.
