The current state of fisheries cooperatives in Elazig province | Elazıg ili su ürünleri kooperatiflerinin mevcut durumu

土耳其. Bu çalısma; Elazıg Ýlinde su ürünleri avcılıgı yapan balıkçılık kooperatiflerinin mevcut durumlarını belirlemek amacıyla 2013-2014 tarihleri arasında yapılmıstır. Arastırma; Keban, Karakaya, Kralkızı Baraj Gölü ve Hazar Gölü'nde avcılık faaliyetlerinde bulunan 15 adet Su Ürunleri Kooperatif baskanı ile yüz yüze görüsülerek, anket yöntemi ile elde edilen verilerden olusmaktadır. Anket formları, Su Ürunleri Kooperatiflerinin isimlerine, kurulus yıllarına, faal olup olmadıklarına, balıkçı ve tekne sayılarına, avlak sahalarının adlarına, alanlarına, parsel no ve kira durumlarına yönelik soruları içermektedir. Çalısma sonucunda; Keban Baraj Gölü'nde 11adet su ürunleri kooperatifi ve bu kooperatiflere baglı 214 balıkçı ve 126 tekne oldugu tespit edilmistir. Kooperatiflerin 1974-1999 tarihleri arasında kuruldugu ve 9 adet kooperatifin faal, 2 adet kooperatifin yarı faal olarak çalıstıgı tespit edilmistir. Toplam avlak alanı 30.530 hektar oldugu, 9 adet avlak sahasının kooperatif, 2 adet avlak sahasının sahıslar tarafından kiralandıgı belirlenmistir.Karakaya Baraj Gölü'nde 2 adet su ürunleri kooperatifi ve bu kooperatiflere baglı 24 balıkçı ve 24 tekne oldugu tespit edilmistir. Kooperatiflerin 1989-1990 tarihleri arasında kuruldugu ve 2 adet kooperatifin yarı faal olarak çalıstıgı tespit edilmistir.Toplam avlak alanı 12.400 hektar oldugu, 2 adet avlak sahasının sahıslar tarafından kiralandıgı belirlenmistir.Kralkızı Baraj Gölü'nde 1adet su ürunleri kooperatifi ve bu kooperatiflere baglı 24 balıkçı ve 7 tekne oldugu tespit edilmistir. Kooperatifin 2000 tarihinde kuruldugu ve kooperatifin faal olmadıgı tespit edilmistir. Toplam avlak alanı 920 hektar oldugu ve avlak sahasının kooperatif tarafından kiralanmadıgı belirlenmistir. Hazar Gölü'nde ise 1 adet su ürunleri kooperatifi ve bu kooperatiflere baglı 10 balıkçı ve 10 tekne oldugu tespit edilmistir. Kooperatifin 2001 tarihinde kuruldugu, ve kooperatifin yarı faal olarak çalıstıgı tespit edilmistir. Toplam avlak alanı 8.600 hektar oldugu ve avlak sahasının sahıs tarafından kiralandıgı, belirlenmistir.

英语. This study is carried out between the date of 2013-2014 in order to determine the current status of fisheries cooperatives that engaged in capture fisheries in Elazıg Province. Research is formed data obtained by surveys and face to face interviews between 15 presidents of fisheries cooperatives that hunting activities in Keban, Karakaya, Kralkızı Dam Lake and Hazar Lake. Survey forms include questions related to the names of fisheries cooperatives, founding years, whether they are active, the number of boats and fisherman, the names of hunting fields, areas, parcel number and rental status.As a result, 11 fisheries cooperatives and 214 fishermen due to the these cooperatives and 126 boats have been found to be in Keban Dam Lake. Cooperatives were established between the date of 1974-1999 and 9 cooperatives are active, 2 cooperatives are working half actively. Total hunting area is 30,530 hectares, 9 hunting areas are rented by cooperative and 2 hunting area are rented by individuals is determined. In Karakaya Dam Lake, 2 fisheries cooperatives and 24 fishermen due to these cooperatives and 24 boats have been found. Cooperatives were established between the date of 1989-1990 and 2 cooperatives are working half actively.
