Maviküfe (Perenospora tabacina Adam) dayanýklý Ege Bölgesi Sarýbaðlar grubu tütünlerinin performanslarý | Performances of the Aegean Region Saribaglar group Tobacco resistant to blue mold (Perenospora tabacina Adam)

土耳其. Bu çalýþmada, 2000-2006 yýllarý arasýnda Ege Bölgesi Sarýbaðlar grubundan geliþtirilen hatlarýn performanslarý ve mavi küfe dayanýklýlýklarý araþtýrýlmýþtýr. Mavi küfe (Perenospora tabacina Adam) dayanýklý ýslah projesi kapsamýnda, Ege Bölgesi Sarýbaðlar grubundan seçilen 42 tek bitki dölünden BC3S3 ve BC4S3 kademelerinde 19 hat elde edilmiþ, verim denemeleri sonucunda 8 ileri hat seçilmiþtir. Üretici koþullarýnda yapýlan denemeler ile birlikte deðerlendirmeler sonucunda, öne çýkan iki Sarýbaðlar hattýnýn (391/1 ve 397/2) verim ve kalite özellikleri açýsýndan standartlarý geçtiði saptanmýþtýr.

英语. In this study, some of the advanced Sarýbaðlar group of Aegean Region tobacco lines were evaluated for their performance and resistance to blue mold (Perenospora tabacina Adam) in 2000 to 2006. Nineteen lines out of 42 single plant progeny were obtained from the BC3S3 and BC4S3 generations, and according to yield trials results, 8 advanced lines were chosen. After their evaluations at on-farm conditions, two promising Sarýbaðlar lines (391/1 ve 397/2) were found as superior then the standard varieties in the sense of yield and the quality performances.
