Improving the franchising relationship: theoretical aspects

英语. In a course of the research there was studied the franchising relationship. In world practice franchising is one of the elements of improvement of the organization efficiency. The boundaries of the use of the franchise were defined by various versions of their use in foreign countries, so the study of the classification of franchise relations gives an idea about the possibilities and directions for their use for the domestic agriculture. For the Republic of Belarus franchise relationship is relatively new and unexplored, their theoretical study will contribute to the development of Belarusian enterprises. In the proposed franchise classification there were reflected using of franchise relations and highlighted new types of franchising. Analysis of the elements of licensing systems revealed that each type of franchising is characterized by a complex of exclusive rights and its description, but the establishment of use volume of the license complex and its payment in the form of a lump-sum payment, royalties and advertising fees is not a requirement for the majority of franchise offerings. Therefore, it should be taken into account during the registration of franchising agreements.
