Export of dairy products from the Republic of Belarus to the European Union countries

俄语. В статье рассматривается уровень самообеспеченности стран ЕС молоком и молочными продуктами, объем экспорта молочной продукции в эти страны из Беларуси, импортные пошлины на молочные продукты. Дана характеристика структуры таможенного права стран ЕС, рассмотрены нетарифные меры регулирования импорта, применяемые в странах ЕС, основные требования к импорту сельскохозяйственной продукции из третьих стран и правила ввоза молочных продуктов, регламенты и документы, регулирующие импорт пищевых продуктов.

英语. Belarus appears a country with high level of milk production able to be exported abroad, in particular - in European Union countries. But European market is closed for Belarusian exporters due to internal policy of European Union. The paper considers the level of self-sufficiency of the European Union countries in milk and dairy products, volume of dairy products export from Belarus to these countries, import duties on dairy products. The structure of the customs law of the European Union countries is presented. Non-tariff measures of import regulation, the main requirements for the import of agricultural products, rules of dairy products import, and documents regulating food products import are described. Governmental base of European Union concerned to foodstuffs sefaty is analyzed. Comparative analysis of minimal export prices on some sorts of milk production in the Republic of Belarus (EU per 100 kg) along with the prices on milk production on internal European market (EU per 100 kg) is presented. Evaluation of effectiveness of milk production export from the Republic of Belarus into European Union is made.
