Specific composition and pathogenicity of fungi dominating on root system of oats and spring barley

В результате проведенных исследований было установлено повсеместное распространение корневой гнили фузариозной этиологии в посевах овса и ярового ячменя в Республике Беларусь. Оценку степени поражения корневой гнилью сортов овса и ярового ячменя, находящихся в конкурсном испытании, проводили в посевах шести государственных сортоиспытательных станций и сортоиспытательных участков Республики Беларусь. в посевах сортов овса, включенных в государственный реестр – Стралец, Золак, Запавет, Факс, Вандроунік и ярового ячменя – Торгалл, Бровар, Магутны, которые в структуре посевных площадей занимают 50,6 и 17,4% соответственно. Видовой состав грибов-возбудителей болезни варьирует в зависимости от культуры, сорта, стадии развития растений и региона возделывания. В структуре фузариевых грибов на корневой системе овса идентифицировано 9 видов, а на яровом ячмене – 8. В результате изучения патогенности изоляты грибов F.culmorum (доминирующий в патогенном комплексе), F.avenaceum и F.graminearum были отнесены к высоко патогенным, F. equiseti и F. oxysporum – к патогенным и умеренно патогенным, F.solani – к умеренно патогенным и слабопатогенным, B.sorokiniana – к средне патогенным, умеренно патогенным и непатогенным.
