Providing of agriculture in Grodno region by management staff

俄语. Современные преобразования в аграрной экономике в качестве важнейшей выдвигают проблему обеспечения сельскохозяйственных организаций квалифицированными кадрами. В динамике представлена структура кадрового потенциала и обеспеченность кадрами управления сельскохозяйственных предприятий Гродненской области. Источниками информации выступили данные статистической отчетности Республики Беларусь в целом и по областям за 2010-2012 гг., оперативные данные Комитета по сельскому хозяйству и продовольствию Гродненского областного исполнительного комитета. Изучены мероприятия по созданию квалифицированного кадрового резерва для аграрного сектора. Установлено, что объединение усилий республиканского и местного уровня властей позволит обеспечить правовую и финансовую поддержку сохранения и повышения кадрового резерва АПК, с учетом развития научно-технического прогресса, инновационного и интеграционного механизмов системы управления. Реализация представленных мер может способствовать не только решению этих задач, но и созданию благоприятных условий для роста мотивации к труду, повышению числа молодых специалистов в составе сотрудников аграрных предприятий, формированию стабильного и качественного кадрового состава сельскохозяйственных предприятий.

英语. Modern transformations in the agrarian economy as the major push the problem of providing agricultural organizations with qualified personnel. In dynamics the structure of personnel potential and security by personnel management of the agricultural enterprises of Grodno region is presented. The sources of information were the data of the statistical reporting of Belarus as a whole and by regions for the period 2010-2012, operative data of the Committee on Agriculture and Foodstuffs of the Grodno regional executive committee. Activity for creation of the qualified personnel reserve for agrarian sector is studied. It is established, that the joint efforts of national and local-level authorities will provide legal and financial support of the AIC personnel reserve preservation and improvement, taking into account the development of scientific and technological progress, innovation and integration mechanisms of control system. Realization of the presented measures can promote not only to the decision of these problems, but also creation of favorable conditions for growth of motivation to work, increasing the number of young professionals in the employees’ structure of the agrarian enterprises, to formation of stable and qualitative personnel structure of the agricultural enterprises.
