Determination of power to the drive of screw mixing working bodies

英语. To make feed mixtures from separate feed components screws are used in fodder mixers. The nature of feed movement in a hopper is different that is why energy consumption depends on separate working zones of a screw. One of the important technical elements affecting power required for transportation is a screw helix angle. The article deals with evaluation of the parameters of the hopper for mixing feeding components, influencing the power consumption for technological process. The scheme for determination of power consumption of the device is suggested. The graph for evaluation of the inclination angle of circular helix of the hopper is presented. Mathematical calculation of the forces influencing the movements of the hopper is made. It’s established that this parameter depends on physical and mechanical properties of feed and geometric parameters of a hopper and a screw. Для приготовления кормосмеси из отдельных кормовых компонентов в смесителях кормов используются шнеки. Характер перемещения кормов в бункере различен, поэтому затраты энергии на выполняемый процесс будут зависеть от отдельных рабочих зон шнека. Одним из важных технических элементов, влияющим на мощность, затрачиваемую на выполнение технологического процесса транспортировки, является угол наклона винтовой линии шнека. Установлено, что этот параметр зависит от физико-механических свойств кормов и геометрических параметров бункера и шнеков, расположения их в бункере. Результаты исследований реализованы в мобильном смесителе-раздатчике СРК-10 для формирования и выдачи животным многокомпонентной обогатительной добавки.
