Polymorphysm of the microsatellite DNA loci in contrast on late blight resistance interspecific hybrids originated from Solanum stoloniferum

俄语. В результате исследования выделены два SSR-фрагмента, наличие которых достоверно коррелировало с высокой устойчивостью к фитофторозу. Анализ полученных данных позволяет сделать вывод о том, что SSR фрагмент STM3023- 200 (хромосома IV) может рассматриваться в качестве ПЦР-маркера для идентификации ранее не картированного гена устойчивости к фитофторозу S. stoloniferum, родственного Rpi-генам семейства R2. Фрагмент STM0031-173 может служить в качестве ПЦР-маркера для идентификации генетического локуса, вероятно, являющегося аналогом QTL VII/P49, картированного на хромосоме VII в нескольких расщепляющихся диплоидных популяциях гибридов с генами устойчивости к фитофторозу, интрогрессированными от диких видов картофеля.

英语. Late blight (phytophthora) appears one of the most harmful diseases of potato and other Solanum cultivars leading to great crop yield losses. The most perspective directions of potato resistance to phytophthora appears selection of pathogen-resistat potato species due to introgression of resistance genes. As a result of the study of microsatellite DNA loci polymorphism in the population of diploid interspecific hybrids originated from wild allotetraploid potato species Solanum stoloniferum, two SSR-loci were revealed presence onthat was correlated with high level of late blight resistance. The analysis of obtained data made it possible to conclude that the SSR-locus STM 3023-200 (mapped on chromosome IV) may be considered as PCR-marker of late blight resistance gene of Solanum stoloniferum (not mapped earlier) which is related to Rpi-genes of R2 family. The locus STM 0031-173 may be used as the PCR-marker for detection of genetic locus, probably being the analig of QTL VII/P49, mapped on chromosome VII in several segregating diploid populations of hybrids with late blight resistance genes introgressed from wild potato species.
