俄语. Исследовали влияние фактора роста bFGF на содержание гема в условиях АЛК-индукции мезенхимальных стволовых клетках (МСК) костного мозга крысы. Установлено, что наиболее оптимальной концентрацией bFGF, оказывающей влияние на клеточную пролиферацию, является 7 мкл/мл. Показано, что bFGF снижает содержание порфириновых пигментов в МСК и увеличивает во внешней среде, что может сказываться на количестве синтезируемого в клетках гема, параллельно фактор активирует экспрессию CD71 на клеточной поверхности МСК.
显示更多 [+] 显示较少 [-]英语. Fibroblast growth factor (FGF) appears one of the most important factors, influencing proliferative activity and functional status of many cell types including stem cells. Besides, bFGF supports inactivation of p53 protein increasing viability of cells. The effect of bFGF has been investigated on the heme synthesis in rat mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) under ALA-induction conditions. It has been found out that more optimal bFGF concentration, influencing the cell proliferation is 7 ng/ml. The results of the research demonstrate that bFGF decreases the porphyrins content in MSCs and increases that in cultural medium that can be reflected on the heme amount systhesized in MSCs. Besides, bFGF activates the CD71 expression of the MSCs surface. The results of the research can be used for optimization of the conditions of mesenchymal stem cells cultivation in cell engineering.
