Use of various plants genotypes of Tagetes L. genus as perspective carotenoids source for bioadditives in poultry breeding

英语. In the article is characteristic of the genus Tagetes L. and keeping of carotin in the inflorescences. Various plants genotypes of the genus Tagetes L. as perspective sources of carotenoids for biological additives in the poultry farming are researched. Analysis of genotypes of different genus of marigolds (Tagetes patula L., Tagetes erecta L., Tagetes tenuifolia Cav.), presented in the BSAA collections, showed that they essentially differ significantly on the carotene content in the inflorescences. High efficiency of addition of crushed marigold inflorescences to the main feed of laying hens for increase the carotenoids content in the egg yolk and the intensity of its coloring is established in researches. Carotenoids content in the yolk of eggs was 6,7-10,8 mkg/mg in the control group of hens at using of feed without marigold inflorescences.The addition of crushed marigold inflorescences with lemon-yellow colored to the feed increased carotenoids content in the yolk to 20,5-25,8 mkg/mg, crushed marigold inflorescence with maroon colored - to 31,4-33,5 mkg/mg.

俄语. В статье представлена характеристика основных видов рода Tagetes L. по содержанию каротина в соцветиях. Изучены различные генотипы растений из рода Tagetes L. в качестве перспективных источников каротиноидов для биодобавок в птицеводстве. Анализ генотипов различных видов бархатцев (Tagetes patula L., Tagetes erecta L., Tagetes tenuifolia Cav.), представленных в коллекции БГСХА, показал, что они существенно отличаются по содержанию каротина в соцветиях.В исследованиях установлена высокая эффективность добавления измельченных соцветий бархатцев в основной корм кур-несушек для повышения содержания каротиноидов в яичном желтке и интенсивности его окраски. В контрольной группе кур-несушек при использовании корма без соцветий бархатцев содержание каротиноидов в желтке яиц составило 6,7-10,8 мкг/мг. Добавка в корм измельченных соцветий бархатцев с лимонно-желтой окраской соцветия увеличила содержание каротиноидов в желтке до 20,5-25,8 мкг/мг, измельченных соцветий бархатцев с темно-бордовой окраской – до 31,4-33,5 мкг/мг.
