英语. The results of the first experience of in vitro cattle embryo production in the system of transvaginal oocyte aspiration (TOA) have been represented in this article. As a donors of oocyte 18 culled cows of 4-8 years of weight 650-800 kg and milk yield of 10.0-12.5 thousand kg have been used for the experiment. Puncturing of the follicles has been made with the help of ultrasound system AlokaSSD 500. Capacitation of sperm has been made in SpermTalp medium, fertilization – FertTalp medium. Incubation period composes 18-20 hours. Сultivation of early embryos has been carried out in cell monolayer of cumulus during 7-9 days. Quality of oocyte-cumulus complexes has been evaluated by 4-grade scale. The most important criteria appears quality of cumulus. The output of oosytes per session is 2,0 in general. The output of oocytes at blastocyst stage is 8,9 % of the number of matured cells and 21,4 % of the number of divided embryos.

Установлено, что метод трансвагинальной аспирации ооцитов позволяет получить 2,7 ооцит-кумулюсных комплексов за одну аспирацию и 3,3 на одну положительную по извлечению операцию. Выход жизнеспособных ооцит-кумулюсных комплексов составил в целом на одну аспирацию 2,0, в том числе 2,5 на одну положительную по извлечению, извлекаемость – 73,6 %. Выход эмбрионов на стадии бластоциста составил 8,9 % от числа клеток, поставленных на созревание, или 21,4 % от числа дробящихся зародышей.
