Diversity of SSR-allelies of the sour cherry cultivars (Prunus cerasus)

英语. Sour cherry (Prunus cerasus L.) represents an important fruit cultivar in temperate climatic zones. Cherry belongs to tetraploid varieties, 2n = 32. Cherry genome is similar to other Prunus varieties. Commonality of the structural organization of the genus allows using for the analysis of genetic diversity of sour cherry molecular markers to the locuses of microsatellite sequences, developed for other Prunus varieties. The main goal of the research appears analysis of the genetic diversity of SSR-alleles of Prunus cerasus, cultivated on the territory of the Republic of Belarus and selection of the molecular markers for their identification. The level of genetic differentiation among 17 sour cherry cultivars growing in the Republic of Belarus has been investigated with the help of SSR markers previously identified in sweet cherry and peach. In total, 128 polymorphic alleles have been detected by the 24 SSR markers with an average number of alleles of 6.4 per marker. The high degree of diversity between the pear and sour cherry cultivars has been shown. The set from 8 SSR markers has been used for identification of cultivars.

俄语. Генетическое разнообразие 17 сортов вишни обыкновенной, выращиваемых в Беларуси, было оценено методом SSR-анализа с маркерами, первоначально идентифицированными в геноме черешни и персика. С помощью 24 маркеров выявлено в общей сложности 128 аллелей со средним количеством 6,4 аллеля на маркер. Показано, что сорта вишни характеризуются высоким генетическим разнообразием. Предложен набор из 8 SSR-маркеров, позволяющий проводить идентификацию сортов.
