The influence of hormonal supplements on the regenerative potential of introduced species of blueberry high, bilberry pine, rhododendron yellow in sterile culture

英语. Plant regenerative capacity appears one of the most important characteristics of the methodology of cell and tissue culture. All in vitro researches are based upon regeneration process. Problem of plant regenerative ability is widely reflected in scientific literature, but every separate plant variety should be investigated experimentally. The article presents the results of the evaluation of regenerative capacity of introduced species of high bush blueberry, cowberry and yellow rhododendron. The experiments have been carried out on two nutritive mediums – Andersen and WPM with different combination of hormonal additives. Regeneration potential and morphometric characteristics of yellow rhododendron along with introduced varieties of high bush blueberry and cowberry depending on hormonal content of nutritive medium has been analyzed. The most important characteristics of plant regenerative capacity such as shoots’ number per 1 explant, shoots’ height and leaf length have been measured. The dependence of the investigated plant regeneration capacity on the hormonal content of additives in the nutritive medium and the plant genotype has been shown. Maximal regenerative potential (7,70 shoots per 1 explant) is noticed at Red Pearl variety of cowberry grown on Andersen nutritive medium containing 4 mg/l of indole acetic acid and 15 mg/l of 2i P. Minimal regenerative capacity is noticed at high bush blueberry Elisabeth and cowberry Ammerland grown on both nutritive mediums and containing equal hormones quantity.

Показана зависимость регенерационного потенциала исследованных растений от содержания гормональных добавок в питательной среде и генотипа растения. Максимальным регенерационным потенциалом (7,70 побегов на эксплант) обладает сорт Red Pearl (брусники обыкновенной) на среде Андерсена, содержащей 4 мг/л ИУК и 15 мг/л 2-иП.
