The dependence of the biosynthesis of extracellular glucose oxidase by Penicillium varians from carbon-containing nutrient medium components

英语. Glucose oxidase represents enzyme of oxidase family, catalyzing oxidation of beta-D-glucose up to beta-D-glucone-1.5 lactone and hydrogen peroxide. Glucose oxidase is widely used in biosensor technologies of express analysis for the control of biotechnological processes of food and chemical industry. The main goal of the research appears evaluation of the influence of carbon-containing components of nutritive medium on biosynthesis of extracellular glucose oxidase produced by Penicillium varians BIM F563. In the course of the research the influence of carbon-containing compounds on production of extracellular glucose oxidase by Penicillium varians BIM F563 has been studied. The impact of the carbon sources on growth of Penicillium varians BIM F563 and synthesis of glucose oxidase and catalase has been analyzed. The influence of polysaccharides and spirits on growth of Penicillium varians has been evaluated. It has been found that glucose (7%) and sucrose (6%) proved the optimal carbon sources for enzyme biosynthesis. Extra supply of pectin, xylan, gelatin (0.05%) and ethanol (1%) or butanol (0.5%) results in increase level of enzyme generation – by 44, 34, 32, 35 and 50% respectively. The revealed promoters of glucose oxidase synthesis by Penicillium varians BIM F563 may be engaged in elaboration of enzyme production technology.

俄语. Изучено влияние углеродсодержащих соединений на образование внеклеточной глюкозооксидазы Penici-llium varians БИМ Р-563Д. Установлено, что лучшими источниками углерода для биосинтеза фермента являются глюкоза и сахароза, определены их оптимальные концентрации. Показано, что дополнительное введение в питательную среду пектина, ксилана, желатина (0,05 %), а также этанола (1,0 %) или бутанола (0,5 %) обеспечивает повышение уровня образования фермента продуцентом на 44, 34, 32, 35, 50 % соответственно. Выявленные стимуляторы синтеза глюкозооксидазы P. varians БИМ Р-563Д могут быть использованы при разработке технологии получения ферментного препарата.
