Assessment of parental forms for the transfer of hybrid progeny of colored jacket and tuber pulp

英语. The assessment of parental forms of potato (Solanum tuberosum) with colored jacket and pulp on data transmission of these traits to posterity is given. Perspective interspecific hybrids and varieties as well as hybrid combinations for selection material with red and violet jacket and colored tuber pulp are allocated. The studied combinations showed a significant splitting of the hybrid posterity by the color of peel and pulp. When crossing the maternal forms with purple peel and pulp with the paternal ones with red tubers and yellow pulp, in the progeny there were allocated 34,0-54,3% of hybrids with purple peel and 18,6- 44.4% with red peel, 14,5-44 with purple pulp and 25,9-5 6.0% with yellow pulp. The frequency colored forms in a large extent depends on the parental combining ability. The total number of samples with purple and red peel was higher in hybrid populations in which as the maternal form there was used the interspecies hybrid 206.53-12 and varieties Vektar and Rodriga were used as pollinators, respectively 81.2, 82.3, 82.0%. A larger number of hybrids with purple peel and pulp were selected in crosses, where the hybrid 206.53-2was used as mother form and father - Rodriga.

俄语. Дана оценка родительским формам с цветной кожурой и мякотью по передаче данных признаков потомству. Выделены перспективные межвидовые гибриды и сорта, а также гибридные комбинации для получения селекционного материала с красной и фиолетовой кожурой и цветной мякотью клубня. В изученных комбинациях наблюдалось значительное расщепление гибридного потомства по окраске кожуры и мякоти. При скрещивании материнских форм с фиолетовой кожурой и мякотью, с красноклубневыми желтомясыми отцовскими в потомстве выделено 34,0-54,3 % гибридов с фиолетовой и 18,6- 44,4 % красной кожурой и 14,5-44 с фиолетовой и 25,9-5 6,0 % желтой мякотью соответственно. Частота цветных форм в значительной степени зависит от комбинационной способности родителей. Суммарное количество образцов с фиолетовым и красным цветом кожуры было выше в гибридных популяциях, в которых материнской формой был межвидовой гибрид 206.53-12, а опылителями сорта Вектар и Родрига соответственно 81.2, 82.3, 82.0 %. Большее число гибридов с фиолетовой кожурой и мякотью выделено в скрещиваниях, где в качестве материнской формы использовали гибрид 206.53-2, а отцовской - Родрига.
