Estimation of internal structure of genotypes of oil flax on the basis of protein markers of seeds

俄语. Представлены результаты, полученные на основе практического использования метода электрофоретического анализа белков семян. Авторами установлен факт изменения внутренней структуры сортов льна по периодам репродукции. Приведены результаты оценки гибридов льна по критериям внутренней гетерогенности. Сформулированы подходы по использованию метода электрофореза в оценке показателей генотипов льна. Результаты оценки динамики генетической конституции выявили, что в основном проанализированные формы льна масличного характеризуются низкими значениями сдвигов показателя. Установленные особенности динамики внутренней генетической структуры сортов льна могут служит дополнительным критерием оценки стабильности и адаптивности форм. Оценка внутренней структуры гибридов в ряду последовательных поколений выявила уменьшение внутренней гетерогенности в сравнении с исходным уровнем гибридов.
显示更多 [+] 显示较少 [-]英语. In a course of the research there was studied internal structure of genotypes of oil flax (Linum usitatissimum) on the basis of protein markers of seeds. The research was realized in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. Results, which were obtained on the basis of the practical use of the method of electrophoretic analysis of seed proteins, were presented. It was established the fact of changes in the internal structure of flax varieties according to reproduction periods. Results of evaluation of flax hybrids according to the criteria of internal heterogeneity were presented. Approaches to the use of electrophoresis method in the estimation of flax genotypes indicators were formulated. As a result of the genetic constitution of the dynamics of evaluation there was revealed that most of the analyzed forms of flax were characterized by low values of the index changes. Installed features internal dynamics of the genetic structure of flax varieties could serve as an additional criterion for assessing the stability and adaptability of forms. Evaluation of the internal structure of the hybrids in the series of successive generations identified a decrease in the internal heterogeneity compared with baseline hybrids.
