Interrelation between indicators of anatomical structure of stem of short-stem variety samples of oats

俄语. Развитие микроструктуры стебля обеспечивается деятельностью онтогенетически взаимосвязанных апикальных и интеркалярных меристем. Сопряженность процессов гистогенеза приводит к формированию анатомических структур, численные и линейные признаки которых находятся в определенной корреляционной взаимосвязи, а также к взаимосвязи признаков смежных междоузлий. Степень развития гистолого-анатомических признаков и корреляционная связь между ними могут быть использованы при оценке потенциальной продуктивности генотипов овса и их приспособленности к условиям произрастания. Микроскопические исследования структуры стебля проведены на короткостебельных пленчатых и голозерных сортообразцах овса посевного (Avena sativa) отечественной и зарубежной селекции с использованием компьютерного анализатора изображений, включающего оптический микроскоп Nikon Eclipse 50i, видеокамеру Nikon DS-Fi1, преобразователь сигналов Nikon digital sight и компьютер. Установлена корреляционная связь численных и линейных признаков средних частей верхних междоузлий, которые обеспечивают участие стебля в продукционном процессе, транспорте воды и продуктов ассимиляции, а также определяют устойчивость растений овса к полеганию.

英语. The development of stem microstructure is provided by the activity of ontogenetically interrelated apical and intercalary meristems. Conjugacy of histogenesis processes leads to the formation of anatomical structures, numerical and linear features of which are in a certain correlation relationship, as well as to the relationship of signs of adjacent interstices. The degree of development of histological and anatomical traits and correlation between them can be used to estimate the potential productivity of oat (Avena sativa) genotypes and their adaptability to growing conditions. Microscopic studies of stem structure were conducted on short-stem filmy and wholegrain variety samples of oat of domestic and foreign selection using computer image analyzer including an optical microscope Nikon Eclipse 50i, video-camera Nikon DS-Fi1, signal converter Nikon digital sight and the computer. We have established correlation of numerical and linear signs of middle portions of upper internodes, which provide participation of stem in production process, transport of water and assimilation products, as well as determine resistibility of oat plants to lodging.
