英语. For breeding healthy and productive dairy cow, the significant importance is housing conditions and nutrition of calves and young cattle. Today, the dominant calf housing solution is the placement outside the housing of cows in special booths, where you can provide a healthy living environment and which is easily assembled, movable and cleanable. The author introduces the reader with what was seen at the EuroTier 2016, International trade fair of DLG for animal production and management, Hanover, 15–18 November 2016. In the article is widely described on the firm Holm and Laue, Urban, Zimmermann, AGROTEL and others demonstrated hut structures of calves and automated installations for feeding of calves with fresh milk or milk-based drinks. Novelty of the show was the firm Martin Foster equipment for feeding of calves with pasteurized milk, where the milk is heated to 73 ◦C and then cooled to 39-40 ◦C.
