Copper production trends in the world with turning on Serbian position

The past few decades the production of copper in the world characterized by increasing mass, productivity and profitability. Production growth is in line with the continual growth of demand in the market. In order to maintain such a long-term trend, the most powerful companies in the world in the production of copper made continuously adapt to rapidly changing conditions, both natural and market. Technological development of copper production worldwide has reached its fully developed highly sophisticated form, but the art technology is increasingly concentrated in the hands of a few powerful companies and countries. Other companies and countries are beginning to fall behind. Where the position of Serbia in that? This text is written primarily because it would be timely to point out the possibility that our country, which has a requirement to take a favorable position in the complex production and processing of copper, in the long-term development goal and achieve it.
