Integrated resistance of spring rapeseed plants to fungal pathogens under conditions of Western Siberia | Комплексная устойчивость сортов ярового рапса к грибным фитопатогенам в условиях Западной Сибири

英语. Results are given from field and laboratory research into resistance of spring rapeseed cultivars to a complex of fungal pathogens. Investigations were conducted on the experimental fields located in Novosibirsk Region, and in the laboratory in 2011–2014. To evaluate a degree of resistance of spring rapeseed cultivars and specimens to fungoid infections were used the methods for determining occurrence and development of diseases in the fields by means of standard scales. Also the analysis of seed material, collected for the years of studies, was carried out by sowing seeds on a nutritional medium to determine pathogenic levels. In the field environment, we studied the development of seed-borne and leaf-borne diseases on various spring rapeseed cultivars against a natural infectious background, and under different weather conditions during several years. Adverse conditions for development of plants were in 2013 therefore seeds from the harvest of this year were most strongly contaminated with spores of fungi genuses Alternaria (57.3-88.0%), Cladosporium and Fusarium (5.3-28.3% and 6.6-10.7% respectively). However there was a drought in 2014 and black blight developed poorly. Several cultivars (Dubravinsky, SibNIIK 21) with complex resistance to black blight and Fusarium wilt were selected. The cultivars Nadezhny 92 and ANIISH 4 were resistant to Fusarium wilt under arid conditions of the growing period. The selected resistant cultivars could be used in the further breeding process. SNK 42 and SibNIIK 198 cultivars were highly susceptible to Fusarium wilt. Since seeds are actively contaminated with Alternaria and Cladosporium fungi genuses, it is necessary to carry out their phytoexpertise to assess the resistance to the infection, the need for protection measures.

俄语. Представлены результаты полевых и лабораторных исследований устойчивости сортов ярового рапса к комплексу грибных фитопатогенов. Исследования проводили в 2011–2014 гг. на базе опытных полей Новосибирской области и в лабораторных условиях. Для анализа степени устойчивости 9 сортов и сортообразцов ярового рапса к грибным инфекциям использовали методы определения распространенности и развития заболеваний в полевых условиях посредством стандартных шкал. Проведен также анализ семенного материала, собранного в годы исследований, путем высева семян на питательную среду для определения степени зараженности их фитопатогенами. В полевых исследованиях в годы, различающиеся по погодным условиям, на естественном инфекционном фоне изучено развитие семенных и листостеблевых инфекций на разных сортах ярового рапса. Неблагоприятные условия для развития растений сложились в 2013 г., поэтому семена урожая этого года были наиболее сильно заспорены грибами р. Alternaria (на 57,3-88,0%), а также Cladosporium и Fusarium (на 5,3-28,3 и 6,6-10,7% соответственно). Однако в 2014 г. была засуха, и альтернариоз проявился слабо. Выявлен ряд сортов с комплексной устойчивостью к альтернариозу и фузариозу (Дубравинский, СибНИИК 21). Сорта ярового рапса Надежный 92 и АНИИСХ 4 были устойчивы фузариозным увяданием в засушливых условиях вегетационного периода. Выявленные устойчивые сорта могут использоваться в дальнейшем в селекционном процессе. Сорта СНК 42 и СибНИИК 198 проявили повышенную восприимчивость к фузариозному увяданию. Т.к. семена активно заселяются грибами р. Alternaria и Cladosporium, необходимо проводить их фитоэкспертизу для оценки устойчивости к инфекции необходимости принятии решения о проведении защитных мероприятий.
