The connection between the quality of motor fuels and present state of oil depots | Связь качества моторного топлива с современным состоянием нефтескладов

The examination of oil storage depots and agricultural enterprises of the Tambov region was conducted in 2010-2015 to monitor the quality of oil products and to assess the conditions of the equipment fueling. It is shown that a decrease in quality of the motor fuels purchased and used in the agricultural enterprises is caused both by a general state of the oil refining industry and by the domestic market of oil products consumption as well as by slow modernization of automobile and tractor fleet. It was found that 7-25% of oil and diesel fuels entering the AIC enterprises do not meet one or several quality standards already at the stage of purchasing. They are characterized by the changed chemical composition (high content of sulfur, polycyclic and aromatic compounds), greatly lightened or weighted fractional composition, presence of large amounts of paraffin hydrocarbons and even additives banned for use. The main factors influencing the decline in the quality of oil products after admission to the agricultural enterprises were found. They are: the external conditions of storage and use, design features and technical condition of the tank battery and filling equipment, not meeting the established regulations for transport and storage of oil products and the rules of the equipment and tank operation. Up to 90% of tanks for oil products storage are in a critical condition, high pressure pumps are often operated despite the wear of plunger pair. The used diesel fuel's complex processing providing both decontamination and improvement of the chemical composition is necessary to preserve its acceptable quality.

俄语. В 2010-2015 гг. проводилось обследование нефтебаз и с.-х. предприятий Тамбовской области с целью мониторинга качества нефтепродуктов и оценки условий заправки техники. Показано, что снижение качества моторных топлив, закупаемых и используемых в с.-х. предприятиях, обусловлено как общим состоянием нефтеперерабатывающей промышленности и рынка внутреннего потребления нефтепродуктов, так и медленной модернизацией автотракторного парка. Установлено, что уже при закупке от 7 до 25% партий бензинов и дизельных топлив, попадающих на предприятия АПК, не соответствует нормам по одному или нескольким показателям качества. Они характеризуется измененным химическим составом (завышенное содержание серы, полициклических и ароматических соединений), сильно облегченным или утяжеленным фракционным составом, наличием большого количества парафиновых углеводородов и даже запрещенных к применению присадок. Выявлены основные факторы, влияющие на снижение качества нефтепродуктов после поступления в с.-х. предприятие. Это внешние условия хранения и использования, конструкционные особенности и техническое состояние резервуарного парка и заправочного оборудования, несоблюдение установленных правил перевозки и хранения нефтепродуктов, а также правил эксплуатации оборудования и резервуаров. До 90% резервуаров для хранения нефтепродуктов находятся в аварийном состоянии, насосы высокого давления часто эксплуатируются несмотря на высокий износ плунжерных пар. Для сохранения приемлемого качества используемого дизельного топлива необходима его комплексная обработка, предусматривающая как очистку от загрязнений, так и улучшение химического состава.
