Reflection of information on social and environmental revenues and expenditures in the integrated report of agribusiness organizations | Отражение информации о социальных и экологических доходах и расходах в интегрированной отчётности организаций АПК

Changes in information requests of users of accounting reporting, in the context of globalization in the economy and the complication of economic relations, require disclosure financial and non-financial information on the activities and status of economic entities. Formation of integrated reporting involves the convergence accounting, environmental and social accounting, that is, their close relationship, siphoned fragmented financial and non-financial information into a coherent whole. The integrated report is a single document, reflecting the information about the company's strategy, corporate governance and coherent performance of its activities in the economic, social and environmental spheres. Uniform forms of integrated reporting currently don`t exist. Managers and chief accountants in organizations have the right to independently develop forms of composite accounting and analytical documents of integrated reporting. Organizations, in order to reflect the facts of economic life associated with social and environmental information units, can use the developed charts of accounts with the opening of additional analytical and synthetic accounts or conduct a parallel social and environmental accounting. To provide the information base in the preparation of social and environmental costs and revenues are invited to the opening of additional Work Plan Account 92 "Social and environmental income and expenses" (with the corresponding sub-accounts). This action will help to relieve the accounts 90 "Sales" and 91 "Income and Expenses" in the part of activities such as payment for environmental security and social goods, works, services; additional payments; charity; maintenance of ecology and environmental protection. In order to provide expanded information on the social and environmental performance of organizations a possible detailization process of the balance sheet and income statement is offered.

Изменения информационных запросов пользователей бухгалтерской отчётности, в условиях глобализации экономики и усложнения хозяйственных отношений, требуют раскрытия как финансовой, так и нефинансовой информации о деятельности и состоянии хозяйствующих субъектов. Формирование интегрированной отчетности предполагает сближение бухгалтерского, экологического и социального учета, их тесную взаимосвязь, сводящую разрозненную финансовую и нефинансовую информацию в единое целое. Интегрированный отчет представляет собой единый документ, отражающий информацию о стратегии компании, системе корпоративного управления и взаимоувязанных показателях ее деятельности в экономической, социальной и экологической сферах. Унифицированных форм интегрированной отчетности в настоящее время не существует. Руководители и главные бухгалтеры организаций вправе самостоятельно разрабатывать формы составных учётно-аналитических документов интегрированной отчётности. Организации для отражения фактов хозяйственной деятельности, связанных с социальным и экологическим блоками информации, могут использовать разработанные планы счетов с открытием дополнительных аналитических и синтетических счетов или вести параллельный социальный и экологический учет. Для обеспечения информационной базы при получении социальных и экологических доходов и расходов предлагается открытие в Рабочем плане счетов дополнительного счета 92 "Социальные и экологические доходы и расходы" (с соответствующими субсчетами). Данная мера поможет разгрузить счета 90 "Продажи" и 91 "Доходы и расходы" в части такой деятельности, как оплата за экологически безопасные и социальные товары, работы, услуги; дополнительные выплаты; благотворительная деятельность; поддержание экологии и природоохранной деятельности. Предложен возможный порядок детализации бухгалтерского баланса и отчета о финансовых результатах для предоставления информации о социальной и экологической деятельности организаций.
