Residual water deficit of winter wheat as one of the traits of drought tolerance | Остаточный водный дефицит растений озимой пшеницы как один из показателей засухоустойчивости

英语. The study was done in 2014-2016 in the conditions of a simulated drought (that is, rainfall shelter). There are received data of the amount of residual water deficit (RWD) of winter soft wheat in various stages of plant development and in different growing conditions. In all 20 samples were estimated. There have been found the varieties with a minimum increment (from 0.5% to 13.7%) of RWD in the milk-ripe stage in comparison with the flowering stage ('Asket', 'Lidiya' and 'Izyuminka'). The effect of water stress on the productivity and elements of yield structure (weight of, number of kernels per head spike, 1000-seed weight, and density of productive stand) has been determined. The varieties 'Asket', 'Kapitan', 'Kaprizulya' and 'Lilit' showed the least decrease of density of productive stand compared with the control. The variety 'Krasa Dona' and the line '352/11' showed the maximum reduction in the number of kernels per head spike by 44% and 40%, respectively (compared with the control) and the sample '110/11' showed the minimum decrease (5%). The sample '1210/10' showed the largest decrease of 1000-seed weight (35%), the minimum decrease was established for the samples '352/11', 'Kazachka' and '110/11' (by 9%, 15%, 10%, respectively). The winter soft wheat varieties 'Luchezar' and 'Kazachka', the lines '110/11' and '108/11' produced the largest yields in dry conditions (301.8 g/m2, 268.5 g/m2, 305.2 g/m2, 296.8 g/m2, respectively). There has been revealed a correlation of the RWD indexes of winter soft wheat with the yield amount in the conditions of insufficient humidity (r=0.80) and in the conditions of optimal humidity (r=0.32). It has been concluded: the stronger drought the greater it influences all elements of the yield structure and the yield in general.

俄语. Исследования проводили в 2014-2016 гг. в условиях смоделированной засухи (т.е. "засушник"). Получены данные по величине остаточного водного дефицита (ОВД) озимой мягкой пшеницы в разные фазы развития растений и в разных условиях выращивания. Всего оценивали 20 образцов. Выявлены сорта с минимальным приростом (от 0,5 до 13,7%) ОВД в фазу молочной спелости по сравнению с фазой цветения (Аскет, Лидия, Изюминка). Установлено влияние водного стресса на величину продуктивности и элементы структуры урожая (масса и число зерен с главного колоса, масса 1000 семян, густота продуктивного стеблестоя). Наименьшее снижение густоты продуктивного стеблестоя в опыте по отношению к контролю отмечено у сортов Аскет, Капитан, Капризуля, Лилит. Выявлено максимальное снижение числа зерен с главного колоса в опыте по сравнению с контролем у сорта Краса Дона и линии 352/11 на 44 и 40% соответственно, а минимальное снижение (5%) зафиксировано у образца 110/11. Наибольшее снижение массы 1000 семян в условиях засухи по сравнению с оптимальными условиями отмечено у образца 1210/10 (на 35%), а минимальное снижение массы 1000 семян – у образцов 352/11, Казачка, 110/11 (на 9, 15 и 10% соответственно). Высокую зерновую продуктивность в условиях засухи показали сорта озимой мягкой пшеницы Лучезар (301,8 г/м2), 110/11 (305,2 г/м2), Казачка (268,5 г/м2), 108/11(296,8 г/м2). Выявлена корреляционная связь показателей ОВД озимой мягкой пшеницы с величиной урожайности в условиях недостаточного увлажнения (r=0,80) и в оптимальных условиях (r=0,32). Сделан вывод: чем сильнее засуха, тем существеннее она влияет на все элементы структуры урожая и урожайность в целом.
