Allelochemic impact of phytophagеs and Pseudomonas syringae pv. tomato on tomato (Solanum lycopersicum L.) plants | Семиохимические взаимодействия между фитофагами и фитопатогеном Pseudomonas syringae pv. tomato на томатах (Solanum lycopersicum L.)

英语. The article presents the study of the nature of chemical interaction between plants and phytopathogenic microorganisms and phytophagous arthropods inhabiting the same ecological niche. The most hazardous phytophages and phytopathogens of greenhouse crops (western flower thrips Frankliniella occidentalis, greenhouse whitefly Trialeurodes vaporariorum, agent of tomato bacterial spot Pseudomonas syringae pv. tomato) were chosen as consumers of the first order. The evaluation criteria for phytophages were the changes in their behavioral response and population parameters and for pathogens the changes of the degree of infestation evaluated by points. Tomato plants of a sensitive variety Bely naliv were grown individually in plastic cups at t 24-26 grad. С. Thrips preferred tomato plants previously infected with P. syringae as compared to intact plants. The number of adult thrips on infested plants was three times as great as in the control, the population of the filial generation was 1.8 times higher. These two groups of plants were similarly attractive to whitefly. The attraction of thrips to infected plants may be due to the appearance and increase of volatile substances such as 2-methylbutanoic acid and dodecane which are components of the thrips pheromones and allomones. Under the primary damage of plants by thrips and whitefly the further pathogen development was different depending on the inducing phytophage (thrips damage suppressed the disease, while whitefly damage favored the pathogen development). The content of the above substances in plants was increased in response to the inoculation with the pathogen. The results indicate both the differences and similarities of some signaling pathways and defense mechanisms in plants in response to the induction by phytophages or phytopathogens.

俄语. Изучали характер химического взаимодействия растений с фитопатогенными микроорганизмами и членистоногими фитофагами, занимающими общую экологическую нишу. В качестве консументов первого порядка были выбраны опасные фитофаги и фитопатогены культур защищенного грунта (калифорнийский трипс Frankliniella occidentalis, тепличная белокрылка Trialeurodes vaporariorum, возбудитель бактериальной крапчатости томатов Pseudomonas syringae pv. tomato). Критериями оценки были изменения поведенческой реакции фитофагов и их демографических показателей, а для патогена - степень развития, оцениваемая в баллах. Растения томата слабоустойчивого сорта Белый налив выращивали индивидуально в пластиковых стаканчиках при t 24-26 град. С. Растения, предварительно зараженные P. syringae, оказались более предпочтительны для трипса, чем интактные. На пораженных растениях число взрослых особей трипса было в 3,0 раза выше, чем в контроле, численность их дочернего поколения – в 1,8 раз больше. Для белокрылки эти группы растений были равнозначны. Привлечение трипса к зараженным растениям могло быть обусловлено появлением и увеличением содержания таких летучих веществ, как 2-метилбутановая кислота и додекан, являющихся компонентами феромонов и алломонов трипсов. При первичном повреждении растений трипсом и белокрылкой были выявлены различия в интенсивности развития патогена в зависимости от индуктора-фитофага (повреждение трипсом подавляло заболевание, а белокрылкой - создавало благоприятные условия для его развития). Содержание этих же веществ повышалось в растениях в ответ на инокуляцию патогеном. Полученные результаты свидетельствуют как о различиях, так и о некотором сходстве сигнальных путей и механизмов защитной реакции у растений в ответ на индукцию фитофагами или фитопатогенами.
