Adapting of woody plants un-der extreme conditions and cri-teria for selection of the gene pooleconomically valuable plants | Адаптация древесных видов в экстремальных условиях и критерии отбора генофонда хозяйственно ценных растений

英语. The relevance of research is associated with the attraction of bioresources of an economically valuable gene pool for the formation of sustainable multifunctional forest meliorative complexes. The aim of the research is to develop criteria for the selection of the gene pool of economically valuable plants for their rational use on the basis of an evaluation of their adaptation to extreme conditions. Research methods include the identification of patterns of growth and development, the ecological foundations of seed science, morphobiological analysis, biochemical characteristics of wood introducents in the "genotype-environment" system. The degree of adaptation was determined for species growing in all points of research (Samara, Volgograd regions), which differ in agroclimatic characteristics: the sum of active temperatures (above + 10°C), light conditions, and moisture supply. The tolerance to low temperatures was evaluated by the electrolytic method with the help of the сonductometer SevenEasy S30 and ecological and physiological studies were carried out to determine the winter hardiness and drought tolerance of various tree and shrub species depending on the age and growing conditions. In severe winters, when the temperature of the soil to -14 º C (10,4 and 11,4 years lower) in the conditions of the Volga region affected trees and shrubs, overwintering under a snow cover - Acer campestre, Corylus avellana, C. americana, Malus pallasiana, etc. The selection of plants according to the degree of their frost-resistance allows to ensure high conservation of plantations during forest meliorative arrangement of territories. Species from moderately warm regions of the south and southwest of North America, from the Far East, the Mediterranean, and the valleys of Middle and East Asia are subject to autumn and spring frosts (freezing of annual shoots): Juglans, Morus, Gleditsia, Robinia, Amorpha, Zizyphus jujuba and others. In arid conditions, according to the duration of growth processes, are selected groups of woody plants with a short growth period (Quercus, Acer, Tilia, Sorbus, Fraxinus) and with a long growth period (Betula, Juglans, Sophora, Gleditsia, Robinia, etc.). Most are adapted to xerothermic environmental conditions - shrubs. The developed regression models of the growth and development of shrubs (Crataegus, Corylus), taking into account their age-related changes for efficient use in gardening and protective afforestation. Assessing the behavior of trees and shrubs in arid conditions, it is established that the adaptation of plant organisms to new habitat conditions occurs at all levels of the organization: cellular, organismic, populations. The revealed variability of plant water deficit (from 24 to 31%), colloid osmotic properties of the protoplasm in response to severe drought (1,6 to 4,7), qualitative and quantitative content of pigments (a, b). During deep drought was an increase in total chlorophyll content (6-17 %) in breeding specimens of Quercus and Ulmus. Identified promising floristic kingdoms (Holarctic) and the region (the Iran-Turanian, Circumboreal) for selection of economically valuable plants with a wide range of tolerance to extreme conditions.

俄语. Актуальность исследований связана с привлечением биоресурсов хозяйственно цен ного генофонда для формирования устойчивых многофункциональных лесомелиоративных комплексов. Цель исследований - разработка критериев отбора генофонда хозяйственно ценных растений для их рационального использования на основе оценки их адаптации в экстремальных условиях. Методы ис следований включают выявление закономерностей роста и развития, экологических основ семенове дения, морфобиологического анализа, биохимических характеристик древесных интродуцентов в сис теме «генотип-среда». Определялась степень адаптации у видов, произрастающих во всех пунктах исследований (Самарская, Волгоградская обл.), которые отличаются по агроклиматическим характе ристикам: сумме активных температур (выше +10°С), световому режиму, обеспеченности влагой. Проведена оценка толерантности к низким температурам электролитическим методом с помощью кондуктомера SevenEasy S30 и выполнены эколого-физиологические исследования по определению зи мостойкости и засухоустойчивости различных видов деревьев и кустарников в зависимости от воз раста и условий произрастания. В суровые зимы при понижении температуры почвы до -14ºС (на 10,411,4 ниже многолетней) в условиях Поволжья страдают деревья и кустарники, зимующие при большом снежном покрове - Acer campestre, Corylus avellana, C. americana, Malus pallasiana и др. Отбор растений по степени их морозоустойчивости позволяет обеспечить высокую сохранность насаждений при ле сомелиоративном обустройстве территорий. Осенним и весенним заморозкам (обмерзание однолет них побегов) подвержены виды из умеренно теплых областей юга и юго-запада Северной Америки, с Дальнего Востока, Средиземноморья, долин Средней и Восточной Азии: Juglans, Morus, Gleditsia, Robinia, Amorpha, Zizyphus jujubа и др. В засушливых условиях по продолжительности ростовых процес сов выделены группы древесных растений с коротким периодом роста (Quercus, Acer, Tilia, Sorbus, Fraxinus) и с продолжительным периодом роста (Betula, Juglans, Sophora, Gleditsia, Robinia и др.). Наибо лее приспособлены к ксеротермическим условиям среды - кустарники. Разработаны регрессионные модели роста и развития кустарников (Crataegus, Corylus) с учетом их возрастных изменений для эф фективного использования в озеленении и защитном лесоразведении. Оценивая поведение деревьев и кустарников в засушливых условиях, установлено, что адаптация растительных организмов к новым условиям обитания происходит на всех уровнях организации: клеточном, организменном, популяцион ном. Выявлена изменчивость параметров растений по дефициту влаги (от 24 до 31%), коллоидно осмотическим свойствам протоплазмы в условиях острой засухи (от 1,6 до 4,7), качественному и ко личественному содержанию пигментов (а, в). При глубокой засухе отмечено увеличение суммарного содержания хлорофиллов (на 6-17 %) у селекционных образцов Quercus и Ulmus. Определены перспек тивные флористические царства (Голарктическое) и области (Ирано-Туранская, Циркумбореальная) для отбора хозяйственно ценных растений, обладающих широким диапазоном толерантности к экс тремальным условиям.
