The article reflects the results of breeding dwarf varieties of soft winter wheat in the steppe zone of the Rostov region on the example of the creation of varieties of soft winter wheat of Donera. The variety is characterized by stable productivity in different regions alongside livinia, the quality of the crop, resistance to environmental factors. The average yield in 49 field experiments of the State cortistatin in Russia was 4,11 t / ha. Variety of soft winter wheat of Donera allowed to use in 5,6,7,8 regions of Russia
