Conservation, use and mobilization of genetic resources is necessary to ensure crop production and is one of the most important priorities in addressing food security. In connection with the recent trend in the deterioration of food safety in recent years, the measures taken in all countries are aimed at: the preservation of national genetic resources – breeds of animals and plant varieties; strengthening control and tightening standards for the content of harmful ingredients that affect human health; the development of ecological agriculture, where environmental problems are resolved when the economic activities of man and nature are interrelated.
