The local black rice in Vietnam is characterized by high plant, disease susceptible and photo-sensitive, low yield. Ordinary rice lines in this study were bred from the cross local black glutinous rice (carrying Xa7 giene)/IRBB21 (carrying Xa21 giene). The purpose of the study is to create ordinary rice with low plant, photo - insensitive, high yield and bacterial blight resistance. During study has been collected, researched 43 black rice varieties for the breeding, bred between local black glutinous rice varieties with IRBB21 and was selected black rice lines, bacterial blight resistance, photo-insensitive, low plant, evaluating anthocyanin content, amylose content, protein content in the good accessions. The TD1, TD2 and TD4 have achieved yields of 3.91 ton per ha, with growth time in season 101-117 days, spring 135-140 days. The TD1, TD2 and TD4 high anthocyanin content, low amylose content. TD1, TD2 and TD4 contains 2 bacterial blight resistance giene is Xa21 and Xa7, this accessions are resistant to bacterial strains in the Northern Viet Nam).
