Edible oil is a key element in our regular intake / consumption feeding stands 13kg oil from fats of animal and vegetable oil in Pakistan. Cottonseed has rank first in Pakistan to produce (67%) oil, Sunflower has 2nd position to produce (17%) oil next are mustard and rapeseed to produce 12% oil. Current trials situated in investigate on range of Plant Breeding and Genetics department. The research examined agronomic characters of rapeseed to evaluations the combining ability effect of general and specific combines and heterosis. Now study, expression of gene in plants to find out traits based on seed as well as quality, for these used 3 tester's layyah-75, shiralle, duree-niffa with 6 lines (Zm-m-12, Zm-8, Zmr-4, Zn-r-1, Zn-m-6, and Kn-256) in Line x Tester fashion. Collection of crossed seeds in first season and grown during next season, used 3 replication in randomized complete block design (RCBD). Ten plants were collects from each entries / replication randomly at maturity. Recorded parameters based on 18 hybrids and 9 parent genotypes. These are germination percentage (%), days taken to 50 percent flowering, no. of primary branches per plant, no. of secondary branches per plant, no. of seed per silique, Plant height (cm), leaf area (cm2), 1000 seed weight, oil content % and seed yield per plant (g). Results based on, top parents and crosses were carefully chosen for advance progress. The best hybrid on the basis of SCA effects, Layyah-75 x Zm-m-12 were good combiner for all traits except 1000 seed weight. Duree-niffax Zm-m-12, shiralle x Zm-m-12, layyah-75 x Zm-8, shiralle x Zm-8 were good combiner for 50 % days taken to flowering and leaf area, layyah-75 x Zn-r-1, Duree-niffax Zn-r-1 were good combiner for· plant height and leaf area.
