Heavy metals which are highly toxic and accumulate in the soil and plants and spreading of trophic chains, pose a significant threat not only to humans but also to melliferous bees. Location of crops from highways affects the content of heavy metals in soil and plant parts mustard white, its morphological characteristics, plant productivity, as well as the composition of the honey. The presence of bees in different ecosystems played a positive role, but the organization and content of industrial product-oriented Apiary (honey, pollen, propolis, wax, etc.) involves the selection of environmentally friendly places for location bee colonies with the obligatory quality control products
