Content of biometals in the milk of black-motley breed of cows in Ivanovo region | Содержание биометаллов в молоке коров черно-пестрой породы в Ивановской области

英语. Purpose was to determine the content of biometals in the milk of black-motley breed cows of the 2-5 lactations from the farms of the Ivanovo region. The animals were selected for the study taking into account the origin, milk production of ancestors and live weight. The keeping conditions of animals in the farms did not significantly differ. Cows received rations calculated according to detailed standards. Analysis of the mineral content in milk was carried out with using the Kvant-2A atomic-adsorption photometer, guided by the relevant standards: for determining arsenic State Standard 26930-96, State Standard 26929-94, mercury - The Operating Instructions 5178-90, nickel and cobalt - State Standard 30178-96, of copper, zinc, lead and cadmium - State Standard 30178-96, manganese - State Standard 27997-88, of iron - State Standard 27997-88. The comparative analysis was carried out taking into account the reference data, also statistical analysis of the data was performed. In the test specimens a quantity of copper (Cu), zinc (Zn), cobalt (Co), manganese (Mn) and iron (Fe) did not exceed the maximum permissible concentrations (MPC) (State Standard R 52054-2003): 1.0; 5.0; 0. 0. 0, accordingly. However, milk of cows does not satisfy average physiological norms in all households in the content of Cu (0,030±0,001; 0.037±0.002; 0.032±0,001 with the reference-value 0.09-0.30) and Fe (0.130±0.008; 0.110±0.007; 0.100±0.004 with the reference value 0.138…0.700), in two economies - on the concentration of Zn (0.270±0.003; 0.300±0.005 with the reference-value 1.90-4.90) and Mn (0.016±0.003; 0.0090±0.0004 with the reference-value 0.020-0.090). The content of Co - in the range of reference-value (0.001-0.008), the presence of arsenic and mercury is not revealed; in one household the content of lead increased 1.2 time (0.120±0.07 with MPC 0.10). The scarcity of Zn, Mn, Cu and Fe in the ration provokes enzymopathies, development of erythropenia and anemia, disturbance in metabolism in general, reduction in the productivity and worsening the health of animals. The milk, which contains Pb, is uneatable.

俄语. Цель работы - определить содержание биометаллов в молоке коров 2…5-й лактации черно-пестрой породы в 3 хозяйствах Ивановской области. Животных для исследования подбирали с учетом происхождения, молочной продуктивности предков и живой массы. Условия содержания животных в исследуемых хозяйствах не имели принципиальных отличий. Коровы получали рационы, рассчитанные по детализированным нормам. Анализ содержания минеральных веществ в молоке проводили на атомно-адсорбционном фотометре Квант-2А, руководствуясь соответствующими стандартами: для определения мышьяка - ГОСТ 26930-96, ГОСТ 26929-94, ртути - Методические указания (МУ) 5178-90, никеля и кобальта - ГОСТ 30178-96, меди, цинка, свинца и кадмия - ГОСТ 30178-96, марганца - ГОСТ 27997-88, железа - ГОСТ 27997-88. Сравнительный анализ осуществляли с учетом референс-данных, провели статистическую обработку материала. В испытуемых образцах количество меди (Cu), цинка (Zn), кобальта (Co), марганца (Mn) и железа (Fe) не превышало предельно допустимых концентраций (ПДК) (ГОСТ Р 52054-2003): 1,0; 5,0; 0; 0; 0, соответственно. Однако молоко коров не удовлетворяет средним физиологическим нормативам во всех хозяйствах по содержанию Cu (0,030±0,001; 0,037±0,002; 0,032±0,001 при референс-значении 0,09…0,30) и Fe (0,130±0,008; 0,110±0,007; 0,100±0,004 при референс-значении 0,138…0,700), в 2 хозяйствах - по концентрации Zn (0,270±0,003; 0,300±0,005 при референс-значении 1,90…4,90) и Mn (0,016±0,003; 0,0090±0,0004 при референс-значении 0,020…0,090). Содержание Co - в границах референс данных (0,001…0,008), наличие мышьяка и ртути не выявлено; в одном хозяйстве повышено содержание свинца в 1,2 раза (0,120±0,07 при ПДК 0,10). Дефицит Zn, Mn, Cu и Fe в рационе провоцирует ферментопатии, развитие эритропении и анемии, нарушение метаболизма в целом, снижение продуктивности и ухудшение здоровья животных. Молоко, содержащее Pb, не пригодно для употребления в пищу.
