Productivity and quality of goose meat when including Agrimos prebiotic in the composition of mixed fodders | Мясная продуктивность и качество мяса гусей при включении пребиотика Агримос в состав комбикормов

英语. The purpose of the research was to study meat productivity of goose-broilers, fed by Agrimos prebiotic. A scientific and economic experiment was carried out in 2016 at the premises of the stud farm "Makhalov" on 3000 Italian White goose-broilers divided into 3 groups. The birds from the control group received the main diet, the geese from the 1experimental group were fed by the mixed fodder containing Agrimos at the dose of 500 g/t; in the II test group the dose of Agrimos was 1000 g/t. The gross and average daily gain of the live mass of goose-broilers in the control was significantly less than of the birds from test group I by 4.11%, from test group II – by 5.85%. The yield of semi-eviscerated carcasses in the control was reliably less than in the test groups by 0.75 and 1.04 %, and the yield of eviscerated carcasses – by 1.20 and 1.45 %, respectively. In the weight of edible parts of a carcass the green geese from the control group yielded to peers from the first group by 7.37%, from the second group – by 9.56%, and in the output of muscular tissue – by 10.47 and 12.31%, respectively. The protein content in the control group was less than in the first and the second test groups by 0.41 and 0.60%, and feeding power – by 3.03 and 4.15%, respectively. The inclusion of Agrimos at the dose of 1000 g/t in the composition of mixed fodder promoted the increase in meat productivity of geese, the reduction of the feed consumption per product unit, the growth of income and profitability. The profitability of production of goose meat in the control was 14.12%, in test group I– 20.82%, in test group II – 22.47%.

俄语. Цель исследования – изучение мясной продуктивности гусят-бройлеров, потреблявших пребиотический препарат Агримос. Научно-хозяйственный опыт провели в 2016 г. на базе племенного завода "Махалов" на 3000 гусятах-бройлерах итальянской белой породы, разделенных на 3 группы. Птица контрольной группы получала основной рацион, гусям I опытной группы дополнительно скармливали Агримос в дозе 500 г/т; II опытной – в дозе 1000 г/т комбикорма. Валовой и среднесуточный прирост живой массы гусят-бройлеров в контроле был достоверно меньше, чем у птицы I опытной группы, на 4,11%, II опытной – на 5,85%. Выход полупотрошеной тушки в контроле был достоверно меньше, чем в опытных группах, на 0,75 и 1,04%, а выход потрошеной тушки – на 1,20 и 1,45% соответственно. По массе съедобных частей в тушке гусята контрольной группы существенно уступали сверстникам из I опытной группы на 7,37%, из II опытной – на 9,56%, а по выходу мышечной ткани – на 10,47 и 12,31% соответственно. Содержание белка в контроле было меньше, чем в I опытной, на 0,41% и на 0,60%, чем во II опытной, а энергетическая питательность – на 3,03% и 4,15% соответственно. Введение в состав комбикорма Агримоса в дозировке 1000 г/т способствовало увеличению мясной продуктивности гусят, снижению расхода корма на единицу продукции и увеличению прибыли. Рентабельность производства мяса гусят-бройлеров в контроле составила 14,12%, в I опытной – 20,82%, во II опытной – 22,47%.
