Selection in the herd by multiple-factor EBVC2 (estimated breeding value of cows) depending on the level of reproductive performance of cows | Отбор в стаде по полифакторному индексу ИПК2 в зависимости от уровня воспроизводительных качеств коров

英语. In case of low indexes of reproductive performance, the rate of herd reproduction slows down and the possibility for selecting animals by the main selection traits decreases. The reproductive performance coefficient (RPC) was calculated as the ratio of 365 (number of days in a year) to the calving interval duration. The relations between RPC and the multiple-factor estimated breeding value of a cow (EBVC2) have been under consideration. Black-and-White holsteinized cows and Ayrshire cows from Leningrad region have been used. There were 3 groups: breeding farm Grazhdansky (BF1), n= 377; breeding farm Petrovsky (BF2), n=668, and breeding farm Novoladozhsky, n=305. BF1 and BF2 ranch Black-and-White breed, BF3 – Ayrshire one. Among animals of BF1 and BF2 calving interval was 453-444 days including service period of 169-168 days, that was higher compared to Ayrshire breed (385 and 100 days respectively). It was revealed that because of the short calving interval in the group BF3, the RPC was 10% higher compared to the analogues of the group BF1 and the group BF2 (95.9% versus 85.5 and 85.6%). The relationship between the RPC and the multiple-factor EBVC2 was established. The coefficient of correlation between EBVC2 in the group BF1 was +0.39 and was highly reliable. A similar trend was observed in the groups BF2 and BF3 (r=+0.37 and r=+0.31). With the increase in the RPC, the average EBVC2 increased, but the level of milk yield, the quantity of milk fat and protein decreased. In the selection modeling were proposed two variants in the analyzed herds: in the first included animals from II, III and IV classes by RPC, and in the second included animals from III and IV classes by RPC, as well as included animals with plus-variant EBVC2 from II and V classes. Researches in the analyzed herds showed a high selection efficiency by combination of EBVC2 and the RPC. Positive selection differentials according to the EBVC2 (+72, +65 and +45), milk yield (+50, +318 and +176 kg), the RPC (+6.6, +6.1 and + 0.4%) and negative selection differentials according to the service period (-40, -44, -3 days) according to the groups respectively have been revealed.

Выявляли связь между коэффициентом воспроизводительной способности (КВС), который равен выраженному в процентах отношению числа дней в году (365) к продолжительности межотельного периода, и полифакторным индексом племенной ценности коровы ИПК2. Исследования проведены в Ленинградской области на голштинизированных коровах черно-пестрой (стада племенных заводов "Гражданский" (ПЗ1) и "Петровский" (ПЗ2) численностью 377 и 668 гол. соответственно) и айрширской пород (племзавод "Новоладожский" (ПЗ3), 305 гол.). Межотельный период первых длился 453-444 дн., в т. ч. сервис-период - 169-168 дн., что выше по сравнению с животными айрширской породы (385 и 100 дн. соответственно). Выявлено, что из-за более короткого межотельного периода у коров в группе ПЗ3 показатель КВС оказался на 10% выше по сравнению с аналогами групп ПЗ1 и ПЗ2 (95,9% против 85,5 и 85,6%). Также установлена взаимосвязь КВС с ИПК2. Коэффициент корреляции между ними в группе ПЗ1 составил +0,39 и был высоко достоверным. Аналогичная тенденция наблюдалась в группах ПЗ2 и ПЗ3 (r=+0,37 и r=+0,31). С увеличением КВС повышалось среднее значение ИПК2, но понижались уровень удоя, выход молочного жира и белка. При моделировании отбора в анализируемых стадах было предложено 2 варианта: в 1-й вошли животные из II, III и IV классов по КВС, а во 2-й – особи III и IV классов по КВС, а также включены животные с плюс-вариантами индекса ИПК2 II и V классов. Исследования показали высокую эффективность селекции при сочетании индекса ИПК2 с коэффициентом КВС. Выявлены положительные селекционные дифференциалы по ИПК2 (+72, +65 и +45), удою (+50, +318 и +176 кг), КВС (+6,6; +6,1 и +0,4 %) и отрицательный - по сервис-периоду (-40, -44, -3 дн.) по хозяйствам ПЗ1, ПЗ2 и ПЗ3, соответственно.
