Distribution allele of GENE BOLA-DRB3.2 of Ukrainian red-pied dairy breed in connection with mastitis

There are results of the study of the distribution of alleles BolA-DRB3.2 among cows of Ukrainian red-pied dairy breed. Presented study of 117 blood samples from the animals of this breed. The presence of the genes alleles BolA-DRB3.2 was determine by PCR-RFlP and allele-specific PCR. In the investigated samples determined 22 alleles. By research was established a close relationship with susceptibility to mas- titis alleles *07 and *08. There are alleles * 22 and * 24 are associated with resistance to mastitis.
