Optimization of dill and parsley growing methods: Thesis in agriculture

The aim of research is to effectuate a comparative study of different cultivation methods of the dill and parsley for pointing technological elements that ensure high yields, high quality of yields, spread over a longer period of time and economically acceptable. The objectives: studying of growth peculiarities and production of dill and parsley depending on variety and growing method in protected field; studying the application optimal concentrations of growth stimulators for speeding germination of seeds of dill and parsley; determination production quality of dill depending on dates of seeding; establishing the optimum volume of pots used to growing dill and parsley leaves; evaluation of economic efficiency of different technologies of cultivation. Novelty and scientific originality. It was a conducted a study on growth and productivity of dill and parsley depending on variety and method of growing in protected field; were studied main technological segments to extend market supply period of the product; were developed recommendations for growing dill and parsley in pots; were demonstrated economic efficiency of studied new technological methods for dill and parsley cultivation. The solved scientific problem was to upgrade the basic technological elements of cultivation of dill and parsley for obtained early yield, increased productivity and to enhance the economic efficiency of cultivation these crops. The theoretical value of the study. Experimental data obtained contribute to highlighting the most efficient methods of cultivation of dill and parsley leaves, determining their impact on the quantity and quality of production. The research results enable the recommendation for producing of growing dill and parsley in low tunnels, field covered with agro textile and plastic greenhouse, which increase the bio morphological indicators and potential for accumulation of production.
