The effectiveness of biological fungicides against root rot and Septoria disease of winter wheat under the conditions of forest-steppe of the Altai Region's Ob River area | Эффективность биофунгицидов против корневых гнилей и септориоза озимой пшеницы в условиях лесостепи Алтайского Приобья

英语. The research was carried out in 2016 and 2017. The field trial was replicated four times with the plot area of 12.5 sq m and systematic layout; the winter wheat variety 'Stalingradskaya 60' was sown. Biological fungicides were used for seed treatment and during the growing season twice: the first spraying was performed at tillering and stem elongation stage; the second spraying – in 10 days after the first spraying. The estimation was carried out according to the procedure of fungicide registration tests. The biological fungicide Baktofit, WP, was used as the standard. The harvest was estimated manually on registration plots of 1 sq m on each test plot; the harvest estimation was replicated 3 times. It was found that pre-sowing seed treatment of winter wheat with the biological fungicide "M" in a rate of 6 g and 9 g per t had higher biological effectiveness against root rot than that of the control during the protective period; a dose of 6 g t had lower effectiveness than that of the standard fungicide Baktofit, WP (3 kg t); a dose of 9 g t had the effectiveness at the level of the standard product. Seed treatment and double spraying of growing plants with biological fungicides inhibited Septoria disease development in wheat winter compared to the control; the fungicide product "M", WP, in a dose of 9 g t + (9 + 9) g ha had the biological effectiveness higher than the standard.

俄语. Исследования проводились в 2016-2017 гг. Повторность опыта 4-кратная, размер делянок 12,5 м2, расположение систематическое, сорт озимой пшеницы – Сталинградская 60. Биофунгициды применяли при протравливании семян и 2-кратно во время вегетации: первая обработка – в фазу кущения-выход в трубку, вторая – через 10 дней после первой. Учеты проводили согласно методике по регистрационным испытаниям фунгицидов. В качестве стандарта использовали препарат "Бактофит", СП. Учет урожая проводили ручным способом с учетных площадок 1 м2 в 3-кратной повторности с каждой делянки опыта. Результаты исследований показали, что предпосевная обработка семян пшеницы озимой биопрепаратом "М" в дозах 6 и 9 г/т имеет биологическую эффективность против корневых гнилей выше контроля на протяжении защитного периода, в дозе 6 г/т – ниже стандартного препарата "Бактофит", СП (3 кг/т) и в дозе 9 г/т – на уровне стандартного препарата. Протравливание семян и 2-кратное опрыскивание вегетирующих растений биологическими фунгицидами способствовали снижению развития септориоза на пшенице озимой относительно контроля, препарат "М", СП при норме 9 г/т + (9+9) г/га имел биологическую эффективность выше стандарта.
