According to the official statistics, on the type of economic activity "Agriculture, hunting and services in these areas" in the Amur Region in 2016, 2111 jobs were attributed to high-performance ones. In the agriculture of the Amur Region, the creation of high-productive jobs is not just a development path; it is, first of all, a way of survival in the conditions of the transformation of the market economy and the possibility of the industry's transition to an innovation-oriented vector of development. Given the level of migration of labor resources from the Amur region to other regions of Russia, the outflow of the able-bodied population from rural areas and the increase in the number of elderly people in the countryside, a deficit in the workforce can be avoided precisely by increasing labor productivity through the use of new technologies. The course on technical and technological modernization and innovation-oriented development of agriculture requires not only professional training of personnel with new competencies, but also the formation of a new source of innovative ideas and technologies in the system of scientific institutions, as well as higher education, which should be an integral part of the scientific community, providing the training of highly qualified personnel and the generation of scientific developments.

俄语. Высокопроизводительное рабочее место в сельском хозяйстве означает безопасное рабочее место с достойной оплатой труда, использующее современные технологии. Согласно данным официальной статистики, по виду экономической деятельности "Сельское хозяйство, охота и предоставление услуг в этих областях" в Амурской области в 2016 г. к высокопроизводительным было отнесено 2111 рабочих мест. Это составляет 27% от общего количества рабочих мест по данному виду экономической деятельности. В сельском хозяйстве Амурской области создание высокопроизводительных рабочих мест – это не просто путь развития, а прежде всего, способ выживания в условиях трансформации рыночной экономики и возможность перехода отрасли на инновационно ориентированный вектор развития. Учитывая уровень миграции трудовых ресурсов из Амурской области в другие регионы России, отток работоспособного населения из сельской местности и рост числа лиц пожилого возраста на селе, дефицита в рабочих кадрах удается избежать как раз за счет повышения производительности труда, путем использования новых технологий. Курс на технико-технологическую модернизацию и инновационно ориентированное развитие сельского хозяйства требует не только профессиональной подготовки кадров с новыми компетенциями, но и формирования нового источника инновационных идей и технологий в системе научных учреждений, а также и высшего образования, которое должно являться составной частью научного сообщества, обеспечивая подготовку высококвалифицированных кадров и генерацию научных разработок.
