Investigation of anticorrosive protection of fertilizer spreaders | Исследование противокоррозионной защиты тукоразбрасывающих машин

英语. The aim of the research is the development of effective conservation compositions (CC) and equipment for the anticorrosion protection of fertilizer spreaders directly at agricultural enterprises. To prepare CC, the M100 fuel oil, Emulgin, KO-SZhK, cannon fat inhibiting additives in the amount of 3-10% wt., and waste engine oil in the ratio of 1:1 were used. The electrochemical properties of coatings from fuel oil applied on the 0.8kp steel grade, resistance to liquid corrosive media (3% sodium chloride solution (GOST 8.042-75) and concentrated mineral fertilizers) for 15 days, as well as weather resistance for 12 months were studied. To conduct studies, we used azophoska (TU 2184-093-43499406-2001), ammonium nitrate (TU 2387-001-62423998-2009), carbamide B (GOST 2081-2010), potassium sulfate (TU 2184-093-43499406-2001), double superphosphate (TU 2182-003-56937109-2002) and potassium chloride (GOST 4568-95). The fuel oil compositions were prepared using the OPU-80 installation in the conditions of the repair shop situated in Tambov Region. CC were applied using the ULN-03 unit attached to the AMAZONE ZA-M900 fertilizer spreader, which was installed on board the UAZ-469 all-terrain vehicle. During the application, the consumption of fuel oil, the fuel consumed by the tractor for the drive of the unit and the operating time were monitored. A spray head or a nozzle was installed on a spray gun to handle hard-to-reach places. In the course of operation, the rotational speed of the generator shaft and the compressor was measured. The compressor output was determined from the diagram from the data sheet to the U43102 compressor. An analysis of the results of the use of two-component CC based on fuel oil and an inhibitor additive for anticorrosion protection of fertilizing machines according to electrochemical (polarization) measurements showed that all the CC studied, while slowing the anodic and cathodic partial reactions, shifting the ionization potential in the positive direction, reduced the steel corrosion rate, while providing a protective efficiency of 97-99%.

俄语. Цель – разработка эффективных консервационных составов (КС) и оборудования для противокоррозионной защиты тукоразбрасывающей техники непосредственно в с.-х. предприятиях. Для приготовления КС использованы топочный мазут М100 и ингибирующие добавки Эмульгин, КО-СЖК, пушечное сало в количестве 3-10 масс.%, отработанное моторное масло в соотношении 1:1. Изучались электрохимические свойства покрытий из мазута на стали 0,8 кп, стойкость к воздействию жидких коррозионно-активных сред в течение 15 сут. (3% -ный раствор хлорида натрия (ГОСТ 8.042-75) и концентрированные минеральные удобрения), а также атмосферостойкость в течение 12 мес. Для исследований использовали азофоску (ТУ 2184-093-43499406-2001), аммиачную селитру (ТУ 2387-001-62423998-2009), карбамид Б (ГОСТ 2081-2010), сернокислый калий (ТУ 2184-093-43499406-2001), двойной суперфосфат (ТУ 2182-003-56937109-2002) и хлористый калий (ГОСТ 4568-95). Приготовление мазутных составов осуществляли на разработанной установке ОПУ-80 в условиях ремонтной мастерской Тамбовской обл. КС наносились с помощью навесного агрегата УЛН-03 на тукоразбрасыватель AMAZONE ZA-M900, который был установлен на вездеход УАЗ-469. При нанесении контролировали расход мазутного состава, затраты топлива трактором на привод агрегата и время работы. На пистолете-распылителе устанавливали распылительную головку или насадку для обработки труднодоступных мест. В процессе работы измеряли частоту вращения валов генератора и компрессора. Производительность компрессора определяли по графику из паспортных данных на компрессор У43102. Анализ результатов использования двукомпонентных КС на основе мазута и ингибирующей присадки для противокоррозионной защиты тукоразбрасывающих машин по данным электрохимических измерений показал, что все изученные КС, замедляя анодную и катодную парциальные реакции, смещая при этом потенциал ионизации в положительную сторону, уменьшают скорость коррозии стали, обеспечивая защитную эффективность 97-99%.
