In relation to the requirements of strawberries according to the soil, we cansay that the tested parcel in its characteristics meets the conditions for growingstrawberries. The fruit weight of the strawberries tested varied from 5,95 to 6,58g, which means that the fruits are in the smaller category. The content of solublematter was 8.3-9.5%, organic acids in fruit were represented 0.65-0.71%, totalphenols 54.05-57.25 mg GAE 100 g-1, total flavonoids 5.25-5.47 mg QE 100 g-1,while total antioxidant capacity was 74,05 -79,15 mg AA g-1.
