In experiment to pheasant probed production results of a breeding flock ontwo pheasant farm, from 2016-2018. year. In the non-reproductive period, thebreeding flock on the 1st pheasant farm was fed with mixture of cereals and on 2ndpheasant farm used a complete diets with a 18% CP (october-january) and 20% CP(january-march), while in the reproduction period both breeding flocks received acomplete diet with a 22% CP. Significantly higher average annual yield of eggs was(53.00, 42.25; p <0.01), higher average daily number of eggs per pheasant hen(0.51, 0.47; p <0.01) and a higher average annual number of hatched pheasants perpheasant hen (29.30, 24.85; p <0.01) was found on 2nd pheasant farm compared to1st pheasant farm. Based on the results, it can be concluded that nutrition withcomplete diets during the out of reproduction period makes it possible to createbetter body reserves and thus achieve better production results.
